Responsibilities The Opportunity Transition Specialist/Project Manager for a Latin America and USA scope project, responsible for coordinating work planning, risk management, project governance, issue reporting, and supporting process architecture within the project. Your Impact As a Transition Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Managing Latin America and USA scope projects, including work planning, risk management, issue reporting, and more. Defining, planning, organizing, tracking, and managing project oversight to meet defined requirements or business specifications. Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable quality results. Creating and maintaining project management deliverables, such as work plans, project timelines, project charters, risk/issues/change management documents, and lessons learned. Providing project management services to support the delivery manager or sponsor in achieving business solution delivery. Managing communication and change management efforts for project stakeholders. Developing and maintaining the project schedule and work plan. Documenting project risks and maintaining the issue log. Establishing and tracking the project change log. Capturing project costs for the budget manager. Leading and ensuring compliance with the Transition Methodology. Supporting process architecture within the project, including creating flowcharts, narratives, SIPOCs, KPIs, OLAs, SLAs, and more. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Experience Required: Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management.
