\n \n Job Description

The Transitions Team Supervisor will manage all Transitions Specialists and all aspects of Association transition in or out processes. This is a financial support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America. Candidates for this position must meet Associa’ s credit requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

\n

\n\nRecommend appropriate staffing mix, roles, and skillsets of Transitions Team.\nDesign onboarding and training program for Transitions team.\nEstablish annual team goals & report performance to goals.\nManage attendance, conduct, and performance of staff in Transitions, including hiring, training, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and separation.\nEstablish annual goals and development plans for each member of Transitions staff.\nAct as process owner for vendor Mastering process, to include:\nStandard Operating Procedures, and other process documentation.\nProcess maps.\nKey controls.\nProcess improvements and tool enhancements.\nEstablish Vendor team SLA’s.\nProcess Vendor Exception Requests and approved process exceptions.\nHandle escalated issues or requests from leadership at the Client Shared Services Center and/or Branch.\nMaintain Department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as required and analyze trends.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

\n Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

\n\nDetail-oriented\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel\nExperience in customer service preferred\n\n

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

\n\nComplete Control for Communities (C3) software preferred but not required\nUnderstanding of or experience in the Community Association Management Industry preferred but not required\nExperience working in an Accounting Shared Services Center environment preferred but not required\n\n

\n

Education and Experience:

\n\n3+ years’ financial/accounting operations experience.\n1+ years’ onboarding experience preferred.\n2+ years’ management / supervisory experience preferred.\n\n
