We’re currently looking for a maternity cover for a Translation Central Team Manager to join our Wrocław office. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a fantastic team supporting Smith+Nephew translation service across various business units worldwide.

Fixed term contract: 12 months

What will you be doing?

Oversee the team’s daily operations, managing resources and timelines to meet goalsManage contracts with translation vendors and coordinate with global teamsDrive process improvements and address any knowledge or resource gapsReport on team performance and ensure alignment with company goalsLead your team by providing coaching, feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment

What will you need to be successful?

At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Manager, or similar roleExperience managing a translation team or working in a translation agencyProficiency in English (C1 level or above); a second language is an advantageFamiliarity with tools like SmartCat, Articulate or ServiceNow is a bonusStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
