About this Role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager - Transmission to join our team and support the organization, while providing direct assistance to the Project Managers to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

 

Assistant Project Manager's responsibilities include gathering information required for each project, creating files, and ensuring information is on the network. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as filing, preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed.

Duties:

 

Supporting the coordination and management of projectsResearch information to support other teams and departments as neededPerform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely mannerWork directly with project managers to help implement project goalsOversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to provide timely project executionAssist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goalsReview project implementation and gather data on project executionCoordinate with project managers and other project leads following project executionTravel to job sites in Texas and surrounding statesThis position has the opportunities for promotion What You'll Bring
