As a Transmission Line Group Lead, you will identify, analyze, and solve complex technical problems related to transmission line design. You will use your aptitude for computing and design, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to lead and support a team in a collaborative and safety-compliant environment.

ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support the Transmission Line team, ensuring high performance and professional development.Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to transmission line projects.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Management, Department Managers, Group Leads, and other team members.Effectively communicate project status, technical issues, and team needs through both verbal and written formats.Promote and enforce safety requirements, ensuring all team activities comply with safety standards.Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other specialized technical applications relevant to the Transmission Line group.Essential SkillsProficiency in PLS-CADD (SAPS, Steel, Wood, Tower), AutoCAD, and Excel software.A four-year technical degree in engineering.4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in Transmission Line Design.Good interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to accept responsibility for the technical adequacy of all output.Professional engineering license is desirable.Working knowledge of computers and software used for specific technical applications such as PLS-CADD, PLS- Pole/Tower.Ability to perform supervisory responsibilities over others.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
