The Project Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate risk-management related project team activities supporting the Project Managers (PM) and cost estimators including developing project risk registers, risk reporting, and risk analysis.Job Description

The Coordinator is accountable for supporting all project risk identification and reporting activities:
Coordinate project risk meetings with project managers, estimators and other project stakeholdersFacilitate the identification of project specific risks and assist in qualitative and quantitative risk analysisEngage the project subject matter experts to clearly articulate risks, risk severity and responseDocument risks and responses in a Risk Register throughout the project lifecycleGenerate project Risk Reports(s) to communicate to project stakeholdersEnsure risk-based contingencies are being calculated in accordance with guidelines and included in cost estimatesSupport analysis of actual costs incurred when project risks materialize and communicate lessons learned through a risk feedback processUnderstand key performance indicators (KPIs) that are measurable outcomes tied to project risk managementProvide strong teamwork with colleagues, customers and vendors, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSupport process improvement initiativesCollaboration and communication is required with estimators and analysts in the Estimating Department as well as colleagues in other departments, such as: Project Management; Engineering; Construction Management; Siting, Outreach and Right of Way; Project Controls; Transmission Field Services; Transmission Planning; Procurement; etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management from an accredited college, or related field with 4+ years of experience orBachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management from an accredited college, or related field 2+ years of experience.Minimum requirement includes two to four years experience working on cost tracking analysis, forecasting, project budgets, and working with accounting principles.Skills required - Proficient in use of computer and MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a professional demeanor and commitment to customer service and teamwork.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
