What You'll Do Supervises activities of Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental Assists in the control of inventory dollars and tons by meeting inventory turn standards set forth by the company Assists Operations Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control, poor operational or accounting practices Must collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Manager to ensure successful accomplishment of plant goals Must be able to maintain and be familiar with safety and environmental concerns What You'll Need Must be able to put team goals ahead of individual goals Customer Service focused Entrepreneurial attitude Able to clearly communicate expectations, issues and feedback Able to multitask and handle stress in a highly productive environment Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Must be able to problem solve in all areas of plant Sets high standards for self and others Must have an ability to ensure the safety of both the individual and customers is protected at all times Exceptional leadership and team building skills Demonstrated ability to assist in the manufacturing of quality products that consistently meet or exceed consumer receiving specifications Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred
