Key responsibilities:

Handle SAP Goods Issue for deliveries and create CMRs for next-day loading; Check and validate invoices; ensure payment agreements on SAP; Establish monthly financial provisions; Manage disputes: Investigate causes, prepare administrative files, organize returns if needed, and inform Customer Service; Update performance indicators for monthly reporting.

About you:

Proficient in English to manage relationships with carriers; Other european language will be an asset; Experience in Transportation and Distribution; Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills; Team player with autonomy, rigor, and discretion.
