YOUR TASKS
Coordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouse Schedule and manage the dispatch of shipments to ensure timely delivery Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptly Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to optimize transport efficiency Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards Analyze transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to streamline operations Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules Assist in the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Problem-solving skills and attention to detail WE OFFER A salary between €2,542 and €4,561.
