Job: Transport Manager
Salary: Competitive Salary

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:
As a Transport Manager, you will:

Oversee and coordinate all transport activities to ensure efficient operations. Manage a team of transport administrators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting achieve operational goals. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and address any transport-related issues. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain compliance with transport regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a transport or logistics management role. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. A current full UK driving license is essential.
