YOUR TASKS
  Oversee and manage the entire transportation operations within the warehouse Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to ensure smooth operations Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement Manage the transportation budget and optimize resource allocation Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and service providers Resolve any transportation-related issues or disputes promptly Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency Lead and mentor the transportation coordination team, providing training and development opportunities  
YOUR PROFILE
   

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Extensive experience in transportation management or logistics

Strong leadership and team management skills preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software

In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
