Workplace Arrangement:
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Transport planning team who are based in our planning services centre in Olesnica.
Reporting into the Transport Planning Manager you will be looking after our sites in Europe to ensure all orders are on time and in full (OTIF).
You will be responsible for liaising with hauliers, ensuring all delivery requirements are met and identifying potential cost saving efficiencies.
The successful Transport Planner will be comfortable in dealing with different teams, be highly organised and have excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Key responsibilitiesorganising outbound transport for road/ sea shipments for Kerry’s factories in Europe creating deliveries/ shipments/ shipment costs in SAP daily monitoring of dispatches daily contact with forwarders, warehouse, Production Planning Dept, QC Dept; preparation of documents (invoice, packing list, CMR and customs documents) raising logistics complaints checking correctness of master data in SAP (routes, incoterms, shipping conditions, sales order types) cooperation with sales departments solving transport issues
Qualifications and skills
previous experience in logistics / shipping / export function English knowledge on intermediate or advance level in speaking and writing Danish knowledge as advantage SAP knowledge preferable higher education preferable in Transport/ Logistics good working knowledge of MsOffice application skills knowledge of export law preferable excellent communication skills good organisation of work ability to work under time pressure What do you get in return?
