Planning of all loads, as generated by customer orders, to ensure that orders are delivered as per customer’s requirements in order to achieve our customer service levels, as per our service charter. Reconcile shipment files weekly for audit purposes. To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Departmental Manager. Manage POD with the transporters to ensure best service to customers. Control and review cost of transporters to ensure correct rates on system. Assess performance of transporter and address any failures.
