Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen 

Sachbearbeiter Export (m/w/d) 

 am Standort Bodelshausen in Vollzeit 

  

Ihre Aufgaben: 

Planung und Vorbereitung der Lieferungen in Absprache mit Replenishment und Spediteuren, Koordination von Mustersendungen 

Erstellung aller notwendigen Exportdokumente (z. B. Speditionsauftrag, Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente, Gefahrguterklärungen, Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, Zertifikate) 

Avisierung der Lieferungen, Versand der Originaldokumente per E-Mail oder Kurier 

Einholung und Ausarbeitung von Frachtanfragen und -angeboten,  

Kommunikation mit IHK und Zollamt, Ablage und Archivierung der Versanddokumente 

 

  

Ihr Profil: 

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 

Erfahrung im Export und Versand, insbesondere mit internationalen Versandvorschriften 

Gefahrgutschulungen (IATA nach Category 1) wünschenswert 

Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1) 

Kenntnisse in Vorschriften: ADR, IATA, IMDG, Zollbestimmungen, DIN ISO 9001, EHS-Vorschriften, Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Flexibilität
