\nThe key responsibilities in this role include;
\n\nTo brief and debrief our professional Drivers \n\n\nTo plan load schedules, making best use of backhaul facilities where possible to generate revenue for DHL \n\n\nTo support the Operational Tower Manager and Fleet Managers in executing an integrated transport solution \n\n\nTo pre advise the management team of any potential failures in the Transport Operation \n\n\nTo schedule work centrally using Paragon planning systems \n\nHere's what we need from you:
\n\nExcellent communication skills at all levels \n\n\nGood IT skills – excel (desirable) \n\n\nApplicants are required to have a GCSE Grade A* - C (9 – 4) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths . You will be required to send copies of these before Experience day. \n\nWhat qualification will you achieve?
\nDuring the 24 month programme you will work to achieve the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Level 3 Apprenticeship
\n\nForecast customer demand \n\n\nBusiness Improvement Techniques and problem solving \n\n\nGathering Interpreting and utilising Data in the Workplace, to identify key trends and themes. \n\n\nSustainability and Environmental issues \n\n\nProcurement and Supplier Management \n\nIn return for your hard work we offer excellent career progression opportunities upon successful completion of the program and a professional environment where you can acquire, use and continue developing your skills.
\nWhat will you get in return?
\nCOMPENSATION:
\n£21,000 per annum starting salary, with increases throughout the programme.

Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to!
