Global Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-OnsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tPlanning, executing, and monitoring transport related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.•\tGenerating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.•\tManaging operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.•\tValidating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.

Qualifications for the role

High School Diploma or GED and minimum 6 years of experience in transportation or logistics OR Associate degree and minimum 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics OR Bachelors' Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.Preferred Experience Includes: Proficiency with SAP, GPC, TMS and advances Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointPrevious experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing - good to have Willing to attend leadership and continuing education classes.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
