Coordinate with Group HSE & Transport team member for transport items.Interaction with transporter on PATROM implementations and compliances Interaction with vendors, suppliers for OBC monitoring ,3rd party inspections, transport vehicle equipment etc Activities Conduct Road risk assessment for all route plan to ensure all the risks are covered and mitigated. Refer to 1st Delivery procedureDeploy Critical Task Analysis process for transport team and transporter driversRegular Reporting of Fleet Availability, performance & unsafe conditionsParticipate in preparing emergency preparedness, accident intervention and analysis using root cause methodAnalyze all Transport KPI and Reporting and be responsible to organize the Monthly Transport Meeting (VP, HSEQ, Depot, Dispatch, Business Lines) and Conduct Analysis of Deviations/Near miss/accident (Client Complaints/Incidents/Losses/etc.) and propose Action Plans to Transport Manager and Acting VP Operations and Logistics Ensure adherence of personnel & transporters to emergency proceduresEnsure Transport action plan implementation by focusing on the below:Focus on SMT/ Internal audit/ICT audit/ Transport committee meeting/ Transport conference action/ Accident action plan...Ensure Compliance PATROM rules and local lawsLoss/Fraud/ Internal Consumption Analysis InvestigationFollow up and update Safe to Load, Truck and Trace, and other digital platform related to transport activitiesEnsure Transport Master action plan is regularly updated base on finding/recommendation and ensure 100% close per deadlineTo assist project from the regional to be the good practiceTo check and release the available trucks in SAP (Create, Remove, Modify…)To involve the development process in SAP and digital tool in transport operationsPerform other similar duties as assigned by Transport ManagerCambodia is one of the world’s least developed countries, with a severely limited infrastructure base, and corruption apparent at all levels of society.
