Job DescriptionEnsure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing
exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.Track and trace files as requiredUse Work Flow on daily basisEnsure timely delivery of freight to customersEnsure documents are timely sent to customersEnsure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, meetingcustomer service standards.Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking
companies, and others)Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal
policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.Meet KPI standards, as per the company’s proceduresAbility to work flexible schedule at times as business needs dictate Other tasks/duties as deemed appropriate by your management teamQualificationsGood Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional manner A proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Additional Information
