Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years experience in freight coordination / scheduling / planningMust possess excellent time management skills and be very organizedHighly proficient in Microsoft programsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPositive attitude that sets an example for othersAbility to maintain a sense of urgency and communicate effectivelyOther duties as assigned Responsibilities Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehiclesCheck all inbound and outbound seals on vehiclesCommunicate effectively with management on any welcome center issuesInteract with drivers and visitors in a polite professional mannerFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight Monitor the Closed Caption Television (CCTV) equipment and advise management of any occurrencesDepending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certifiedOther duties as assigned
