Cleveland Clinic’s Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center provides the communities in and around East Cleveland with an easy way to receive healthcare, financial and social services all in one location. The Center focuses on the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure, mental health, specialized care for women and children, primary care, preventative care, health education and specialty care.

A caregiver in this position works days, 6:00am—2:00pm or 8:00am—4:30pm. 

 

A successful Transportation Dispatcher will execute the following:

Conduct friendly, courteous, compassionate and helpful communications with customers.Dispatch requests in a timely manner and communicate status updates/delays to customers.Receive and log requests through applicable software/tracking.Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Coordinate department project activities by distributing reports, facilitating analyses and reporting information.   

Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities.  

Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities.  

Collect, maintain and report information for the department such as patient information, budgets, caregiver PTO and schedule.  

Function as a department liaison.  

Assist with performance evaluations, counseling and onboarding of new caregivers.  

Perform duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.  

Maintain office supplies and equipment.  

 
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

High school diploma or GED. 

3 years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects.  

Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
