We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Transportation Driver with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification to join our team!\n
As a Transporter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents and their property, to medical appointments, activities, and other destinations. Additionally, you will provide basic nursing care and assistance as needed, helping to maintain the comfort and well-being of our residents. \n

Responsibilities:\n\n\n
Provide safe and reliable transportation for residents to and from appointments, outings, and activities using facility vehicles.\n\n\n\n\n
Review daily transportation schedule and be available.\n\n\n\n\n
Accurately document transportation activities and any care provided during transit, following facility protocols and procedures.\n\n\n
Assist residents with getting in and out of vehicles, ensuring they are comfortable and secure during transport.\n\n\n
Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff.\n\n\n
Engage with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their journey.\n\n\n
Adhere to all facility policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and resident care.\n\n\n
Ensure the facility vehicles are clean, well maintained, and meet all safety standards.\n\n\n\n\n
Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\n\n
Perform CNA duties as needed, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and providing other essential care services.\n\n\n

Required Qualifications:\n
Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED.\n
Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties.\n
Valid class C driver's license with clean driving record.\n
Experience as a patient transport van driver.\n
Experience operating a company vehicle.\n
Current CPR Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months. \n
Job requires minor lifting, walking and bending. \n
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.\n
