Primary Responsibilities

Prepareplans for roadway and highway improvements, site development, and utility relocations using local (state, county, or city) or AASHTO standardsPreparingcalculations, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects of various sizes and complexityWork collaboratively on projects from the conceptual phase through construction procurementWork with many different types of clients, each with its own standards, from the public to the private sector

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related fieldEIT or ability to obtain within six months; those hired without their EIT will have the title 'coordinator'Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software packagesSolid written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter and dedicated to a quality-based client delivery mindset.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture

Preferred

Experience with MicroStation, InRoads, and/or Geopark MicroStationPrior engineering and/or transportation experiencePreference is given to local candidates
