Job Title: Transportation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team and have a clear path to ownership within 5 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing roads and highways, conducting design reviews, and participating in client meetings. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and gain exposure to local roadway projects, with the potential to advance to an ownership or principal role within five years.

ResponsibilitiesDesign roads and highways utilizing Civil 3D software.Conduct design reviews and stamp drawings.Participate in internal and external client meetings to determine project scope and timeline.Work on-site from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.Essential SkillsCivil engineering degree.Professional Engineer (PE) certification.Proficiency in Civil 3D.Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering, including roadway, bridge, and highway design.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD.Experience in GIS.Experience with ODOT projects is a plus.Work Environment

This role involves both computer-based tasks and client-facing interactions. The position is based on-site, working on local road projects for municipal and state highways and buildings. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
