Our group is undergoing significant growth and is seeking a confident and motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team in Florida. You will have access to seasoned professionals in roadway, structure, traffic, and construction engineering, along with robust support from fellow project managers and upper management.

Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain client relationships, effectively market, and secure transportation projects from FDOT, city and county governments, and the private sector.Prepare and negotiate contract documents.Manage clients and oversee project work to ensure timely, profitable completion that aligns with Ayres Associates’ quality standards.Mentor and support the career development of junior staff.Participate in group meetings to discuss project pursuits, workload, and resource utilization.Assist in developing the annual business plan and budget for the group.Engage in local, statewide, and national professional organizations.Participate in office-wide social events.
