Partner with your peers and leaders to make a lasting, positive impact on society through some unique projects affecting our clients and our communities. We are seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our team in the in the Dublin, Newark, Bedford, St. Clairsville, or Toledo offices. This can be a hybrid role but will require some travel to the Newark office to coordinate with team members. As our Transportation Project Manager for the Great Lakes, you will lead roadway expansion and improvement projects within our transportation team across the Great Lakes area, drive growth and continue to develop our talented team members.

Responsibilities: Understand the broad scope of services the company offers and increase business by educating existing or new clients on how our services can meet their needs Identify regulatory drivers for our services and build a plan to put us on the forefront of those drivers in our area Understand and assess contractual obligations before entering into agreements and uphold them throughout projects Manage relatively large complex projects involving multidisciplinary project teams Develop and maintain client relationships as the client contact for projects Develop strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects and manage project schedules and budgets Actively manage WIP and AR to meet company metrics Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards Design/Implement company policies and procedures Regular engagement with related professional societies and networking events Interact, negotiate and build credibility with regulatory agencies; and Mentor team members and foster a culture of engagement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution 5-10 years of experience in roadway improvements with ODOT involvement PE required and the following pre-qualifications with DOT are preferred: Bicycle Facilities and Enhancements Non-Complex Roadway Design Complex Roadway Design Proven ability to lead project teams Must be able to pass a background check to be considered
