Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for the Transportation Division of one of our largest clients in Los Angeles! This role will support their LA and surrounding counties as a Seller-Doer and high level Project Manager in the SoCal area. Day to Day:  Strategic positioning for major highway or roadway projects.  Handle client relationships and guide service application.  Identify and win new work with local clients.  Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.  Lead and review project delivery teamwork.  Mentor and develop staff.  Lead proposal development and negotiations.  Offer technical advice and long-term strategizing.  Develop trusted adviser relationships with key clients.  Ensure successful contracting and project execution. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.  10+ years of Transportation/Public Works experience.  California Professional Engineer (PE) license.  Knowledge of regulatory issues and standards within the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.  Strong relationships with City, County, and State agencies.  Flexibility to work from home or office as required.
