Supervisor, Transportation and Logistics
• Provide appropriate reports to Transportation & Logistics Manager to process and approve the component pay workbook.
• Maintain attendance records and validate tracking of PTO, sick time, and absences per Workday reporting.
• Support required associate yearly and quarterly training for HR, safety, and food safety.
• Provide training to all new drivers/checker loaders in all aspects of their job and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety records, OSHA logs, and post injuries in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Supervise work assignments and scheduling of checker loaders and truck drivers.
FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
• Coordinates scheduling equipment and maintenance needs with external vendors.
• Examine and inspect the equipment for remote locations (if applicable).
• Resolve any equipment issues as shown in the driver DVIR report.
• Verify all vehicles have working cameras, vehicle gateways, and temp sensors.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
• Maintain a valid Class A CDL with a 2-year medical card for route coverage as required.
• A minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience with delivery food service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current DOT/CSA laws.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience with Samsara Logistics, EFS Fuel Management, and Smith System Driver training
• Ability to work early morning and overnight dispatch times, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Stand, bend, kneel, climb, sit, talk, hear & use hands and fingers to operate the equipment as required.
• Lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 lbs. or more.
