Position Summary Ensuring all procedures of Limousine services provided to guests of Galaxy Macau and partner hotels are performed to the company’s standards. Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors.Primary Responsibility - Control limousine order taking and dispatch. - Answer all incoming phone calls, email requests and take down all limousine reservations into Fleet Management System. - Enter the reservations into reservation system with records accurately classified. - Ensure all reservations are dispatched on time; follow thoroughly of all end-to-end reservations and with booking party on unclear reservations. - Brief and ensure chauffeurs understand all assignment and ensure chauffeur inform dispatch center if thre is any change or cancellation of original reservation and informing booker for approval. - Constantly liaise with limousine coordinator / supervisor staged at Jinmen lounge entrance to fulfill limousine request demands and replenishment. - Check with outsourced limousine company to ensure limousine availability for all reservations (HK and China Cross border limousine reservation) . - Follow up email to outsourced company for confirmation if required and TandC of the outsourced limousine are to be dictated to booker constantly to ensure awareness. - Ensure all special charge posting task report send to respective department once the task complete, such as: Special event / abnormal booking and so forth. - Monitoring Fleet Management System ensure ad-hoc/pre-booked reservations are dispatched on time and follow up with booking party on unclear reservations. - Ensure GPS tracking system is constantly in operation. - Close monitoring of vehicles under GPS tracking system and ensuring the errands are properly managed constantly in operation. - Monitor service standard of our contracted limousine service provider, conditions and cleanliness of vehicles. Communicate with company whenever issues arise. - Constantly remind and ensure all limousine chauffeurs replenish amenities as well as limousine is kept at tip top conditions after each errand. - Constantly remind as well as monitor all chauffeurs ensure they are aware of our greets to all guests with Asian Heart Gesture, establishes eye contact displaying warm and sincere smile, use guest name at least once but not more than three times in conversation. - Always monitor all vehicle ensuring chauffeur reaches the exact location that had dispatched ensure chauffeur call back to confirmed they arrived at the correct pick up location. - Schedule and assign driver breaks /meals break before peak period, monitoring Fleet Management System. - Record all incidents or unfulfilled reservations are to be entered into log for future reference and follow up. - Constantly review and update reservation in Fleet Management System and follow up to ensure no booking is missed. - Be professional and polite at all times to either internal or external guests. - Complete any ad-hoc and/or other assignments as directed by Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Limousine.Requirements • High school education or equivalent experienced preferred. • Transportation / Hotel experience an advantage • Experience with computers or word processors. • Speak and understand Cantonese, Mandarin and English. • Maintain good inter-Departmental relationships. • Work any day of the week and any shift. • Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
