In the role of Transportation Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative functionsType, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceCreate and maintain electronic filesApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementAssist with both general and project-related meetings and presentations by coordinating schedules, reserving meeting rooms and recording meeting minutesAssist with putting together client contracts and coordinating signaturesAssist Project Managers with tracking and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesWork with multiple Project Managers and project teams across the Transportation Business Group in the Dakotas/Wyoming AreaExhibit professionalism with clients Perform other duties as needed

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 1 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
