Position is responsible for serving as the primary administrative support for our major client's operations.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flightAssign Drivers to gates and flightsServe as the quality assurance specialist, ensuring that contents of coolers and or meals meet customer specificationsMonitor driver’s kitchen departure timeTrack all flight, gate, meal order and other changes in flightsServe as back up supervisor when that individual is on the ramp by relaying changes in flights to drivers on the ramp, directing work flow and resolving customer problemsCheck that drivers have completed their run sheets accurately and that all times, aircraft changes, service levels and quantities meet customer specificationsAnswer and log customer calls, concerns and complaints and make recommendations to resolve on-going issuesThis position will rotate periodically between scheduled shift, and vacation relief shiftQualifications
Education:
H.S. diploma requiredAssociate’s degree preferredWork Experience:
2+ years of general work experience in an office or warehouse facility.1 year of experience directing the work of others1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience preferredTechnical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Able to drive on the ramp (must be 21+ driver’s license)Able to multi-task in a hectic environmentDetail orientedAble to keep calm in high pressure environmentAble to work with a minimum of supervision/off-site environmentAble to make independent decisionsAble to compile data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracyAble to communicate status changes to all parties in a timely mannerDriven to document and improve processesMust have valid driver’s licenseLanguage / Communication Skills:
