Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising and working directly with third party logistics partners and contracted drivers. The Transportation Supervisor executes day-to-day fleet operations, of inbound traffic and outbound deliveries, directing and developing Forklift Operators, and providing quality customer service for all Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) stakeholders within organizational guidelines.

Talent Management: Ensure that employees receive ongoing training on organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures Mission: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals Safety and Asset Protection: Follow and hold employees accountable for adhering to loss prevention and safety procedures
Job Pay & Perks:
Typical starting pay range: $18.41- $26.48/hr Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount. Prior Experience & Education:
2 or more years of relevant experience required; preferably in managing the transportation functions in a distribution environment. Associate degree preferred.
