ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS + Responds to incoming telephone calls and emails. + Acts as a mentor/coach to transportation employees. + Assist in the training of transportation employees. + Compile statistical data to develop school bus routes, route changes and maximize passenger capacities. + Coordinate field trips and prepares field trip billing. + Manages student bus fees. + Track and manage non-public reimbursement information for students attending private school. + Complete and submit student conduct/incident, or other reports and documentation as required. + Operate a school bus or other District vehicles safely to provide transportation for students. + Complete all trainings as required. + Perform other duties as assigned.
