BASIC FUNCTION:

To act as a patient advocate, provide excellent customer service, provide safe and timely transportation of patients from rooms to tests or procedures and back and the delivery of paperwork to floors and departments.  Responsible for training and supervision and colleagues on the job.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate or equivalent; experience working on a computer preferred.  Complete SILT training yearly. BLS through the American Heart Association is required within 3 months of hire/transfer and maintained.
