Write comprehensive Trauma Assessment reports to diagnose mental health conditions and provide appropriate recommendations. Duties and Responsibilities + Participate in neurodevelopmental trauma assessments in partnership with the clinical team + Participate in pre and post assessment discussions regarding the child’s histories, assignment of assessments, gathering of materials for individual cases, and review of the day + Conduct psychosocial interviews, attachment assessments and administer clinical assessment tools, which includes scoring of various assessment tools, and report reviews + Timely completion of trauma assessment reports including reviewing, editing, and providing feedback + Complete interviews with biological parents, foster parents, and child welfare processions, as needed + Participate in scheduled supervision, staff meetings, and professional development + Assist with other special projects and duties, as assigned _________________________________________________________________________________ Job Qualifications Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification + Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field + Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, Temporary Limited License Psychologist, Limited Licensed Master Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, Limited Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Master Social Work + Full licensure preferred Experience + Minimum of one-year experience working with youth and families + Experience working within the Child Welfare setting + Experience working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds + Experience in clinical outpatient, home based, community mental health or behavioral health setting preferred + Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments preferred Additional Work Requirements + Unrestricted valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
