Summary You will serve as a TRAVEL ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR in the Department of the Navy / Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-13. This position has a control point at the GS-13 Step 10 equivalent. Responsibilities You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties at least 25% of the time. You will ensure that travel voucher and authorization reviews meet accuracy requirements. You will ensure that the Government travel credit program is implemented in accordance with regulations. You will oversee and manage all aspects of the Permanent Change of Duty Station (PCS) program. You will compile metrics to inform data-driven decisions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 to GS-11 grade level or NT-2 pay band grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Using Defense Travel System (DTS), Federal Travel Rules and Regulations, and Government Travel Credit Card Rules and Regulations; 2. Researching and validating funds and travel transactions to ensure proper posting of travel costs and reconcile unmatched transactions: and 3. Overseeing government travel programs, objectives, and policies to include record maintenance for completeness and accuracy for card holders.
