What you’ll do as a Luxury Travel Advisor:

Consult and collaborate with customers while planning their travel needs, domestic and international, by phone or in person.

Research destinations/tour programs to meet client desires and expectations.

Design and sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, tours, custom land itineraries, air, car, and hotel. To help you close sales, we offer a full range of domestic and international travel products with our Virtuoso partners, plus exclusive Provident Travel client benefits.

Comply with all ARC regulations and ACA policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.

Provide first in class customer service and problem resolution, prepare and review invoices, final itineraries and documents for distribution to clients.

Assists with routine administrative assistance and other duties as needed.

 Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of professional experience, travel industry experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service

Sales driven and goal oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Ability to effectively multi-task, with a strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications and internet proficiency and ability to learn and use multiple programs/systems.
