Job Description

Your responsibilities:Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
Our requirements:Greek language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)Availability to work flexible hours, sometimes on weekends and local public holidays.Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
