**Aluminum Welder** **Paying $28 / HR - $35 / HR** **Location - Vancouver, WA** **Responsibilities:** + Must have experience on aluminum - must be able to describe this experience and pass a weld test. + Read blueprints and weld to specific instructions. + On the job welding and fabricating on Aluminum in and out of position. + MIG experience is a requirement and pulse arc experience is preferred + Welding in multiple positions is preferred. **Qualifications:** + Prior welding experience on aluminum. + Ability to read blueprints and ability to pass fracture tested weld test. **Environment/ Shift:** + Large scale manufacturer of structural steel and aluminum parts for government work including: bridges, dams, nuclear sites, boats and barges. + Benefits include pension, 401K, vacations, health and dental. + Clean shop that works almost exclusively with aluminum a majority of the time. + Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Full paid medical, dental, vision, for employee + family can be purchased at a low rate. + 5% 401k match. + 5% raise yearly. + Opportunities to get into lead positions.
