Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Job Summary:
Incumbent arranges business travel for team members, identifies the most cost effective and efficient travel arrangements, and make necessary reservations for accommodations and/or incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day review of expense reports ensuring accuracy and compliance, day-to-day corporate card management, and on-going education of team members on expense processes. Role can be performed Hybrid or Remotely.

Leverage online booking systems for reservations of air, lodging, and ground travel providing necessary follow-up to ensure all details are accurate and confirmed.Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for travel-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Partner with travelers ensuring required travel documents are obtained in advance of travel deadlines, including passports, visas, or any required clearances.Review team member expense reports for accuracy and compliance, including verifying receipts and proper coding of expenses.Process daily requests for corporate cards including new card requests and providing resolution for issues.Provide support to team members regarding expense report procedures and policies.Exercise sound independent judgement while upholding quality processes, policies, and protocols.Work flexible hours and shifts as determined by business needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience and/or Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.Six months experience in a travel agency or in-house travel department preferred.Ability to multitask and support stakeholders.Employment Requirements:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record.Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
