Job Title: Traveling Civil Construction Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking skilled construction laborer for an exciting new construction project of a distribution center in Sterling, Colorado. We are looking for an experienced civil construction worker..

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of tasks including excavation, backfilling, trenching, grading, cut & fill, and compaction.Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines and goals are met.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in civil, dirtwork, and earthwork projects.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be willing and able to travel as needed for the project.Strong understanding of construction and civil earthwork principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Work Environment:

Work schedule consists of 6 days a week, 10-hour days.The job involves outdoor work in Colorado during the winter months, so be prepared for snow and cold temperatures.You will be part of a crew of 6 people, working collaboratively to achieve project goals.

This is a contract position based out of Sterling, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
