Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks including excavation, backfilling, trenching, grading, cut & fill, and compaction.Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines and goals are met.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Essential Skills:
Proficiency in civil, dirtwork, and earthwork projects.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be willing and able to travel as needed for the project.Strong understanding of construction and civil earthwork principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
