Must also be able to read welding blueprint and assist in fitting. Starting pay is based on your weld test results, years of experience, and overall communication throughout the process. If interested...APPLY NOW!! **Qualifications:** + Proficient in Flux core and Pulse Welding + Minimum 5 years of welding experience + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Attention to detail **Responsibilities:** + Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques (Flux, MIG, Pulse) + Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process. + Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness and quality. + Maintain a safe and clean environment + Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. **Additional Information:** + Shift schedule is 4 x 10/hr shifts (Monday - Thursday) + Overtime is offered in 8 hour shifts on Friday and Saturday **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
