Gross Weekly Pay 40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP 12/2 or 12/16 (bi-weekly orientation) Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Deaconess Gateway Shift Requirements: Days, 4x10 6:30a-5p Central Time Float Requirements: Potential to float between Midtown/Gateway campus based on census On Call/Call Back Requirements: Take call 2 days per week falling on Saturday/Sunday, 60-minute response. No overnight call for EP but they do work late about 30-35% of the time. Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every third weekend/Holiday coverage as scheduled Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT (REQUIRED) Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE - MAJORITY EP SATURATION - 2 years experience NO NEW TRAVELERS Charting Experience Required: prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements Required Skillset: Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP/Cath Lab), EP Lab experience (Device Implants such as Pacemakers, ICDs, etc and Ablation experience with CARTO, NAVX/Ensite. Medtronic Cryo… and boston rhythmia preferred) and LAAO experience preferred GE MacLab/CardioLab preferred Uniform info: will provide hospital scrubs Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change The Electrophysiology Technician (EP Tech) performs diagnostic electrophysiology procedures and interventions per physician orders. The Electrophysiology (EP) Tech is responsible for supporting the cardiologist during cardiac procedures, preparing the patient for procedures and ensuring all equipment and instrumentation is in working order. The Electrophysiology (EP) Tech will place cardiac electrophysiology catheters, interpret data and read electrocardiograms. The Electrophysiology Technician will provide specialized technical support and assist the physician.
