Travel & Expenses Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will work closely and collaborate with the Global Corporate Card Manager, Global Project Lead, Global Procurement, Treasury, IS, T&E Front Office, travel agency, T&E pointed suppliers. Together with T&E you will ensure credible cooperation with divisional stakeholders including local business stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects on regional level to ensure that they are completed by designated deadlines, with desired results and in line with agreed operational governance.The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Business in Bangalore You will be mainly accountable for:•\tResponsible for implementation, application, Administration of all CCC products.•\tDefine tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned employees and business partners in accordance with service level agreements.•\tIdentify, recommend, and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains in the areas of responsibility.•\tPerforms analysis and quality checks in the respective area and highlights discrepancies for corrective and preventive action.•\tInvestigates and escalates complex topics requiring support beyond the capabilities of level one support team based on service line responsibilities and guidelines.•\tActively achieves performance goals, increases productivity, and leads and/or participates in team projects when requested.•\tEnsures to have a good collaboration within the service line and with all stakeholders including ABB functions, suppliers, and vendors.•\tCollaborate with cross functional teams, procurement, travel agency, T&E and pointed suppliers to drive continues improvements and user experience.

Qualifications for the role

\tT&E background with at least 3-5 years’ experience in finance, auditing and or business process reengineering \tPrior proven experience in the Corporate Credit Card processes and T&E, both operationally, as well as project-based\tOutsourcing and/or shared services with Experience working in a global business environment background preferred\tOperating knowledge of Concur expense management tools as well as working experience with SAP ERP\tAbility to prioritize tasks and perform high level of problem solving, occasionally in urgent situations.\tKnowledge of BTA, P card reconciliation and Corporate Card Administrator role/process is a must.
