Travel Experience Counselor II
*Main responsibilities:* * Travel Consultancy o Develop a thorough understanding of customers' business needs. * Customer Care: o Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to foster positive customer relationships. o Identify any issues or risks and communicate them to the Office Supervisor to facilitate corrective actions. * Traveler Services: o Comply with company procedures, policies, standards, and best practices. o Arrange domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, rail, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics. o Ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails per the Location/Client Service Level Agreement. o ptimize using the Central Reservation System (CRS) and supplier websites for airline and general information to reduce the need for calls to airline support. o Calculate and process reissues and refunds as necessary. o Possess a strong knowledge of Amadeus; familiarity with Sabre is a plus. o Follow PCI compliance standards #LI-ONSITE #LI-MS1 *Experience & education:* *Experience* * Bachelor’s degree. * Proficient command of the English language at an intermediate level (reading, writing, and speaking). * Minimum of 4 years of experience in the travel industry. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and MS Office Outlook, with effective internet browsing skills. * Strong knowledge of Amadeus; familiarity with Sabre is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills. *Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)* * Cultivate a positive working relationship with team members and maintain good relations within the location as well as across other areas of the company. * Mentor and oversee the performance of less experienced team members as directed by the Office Manager. **Job:** **Travel Counselors* **Organization:** **TX_Operations_All Countries (Non-GSC)* **Title:** *Travel Experience Counselor II* **Location:** *Cairo* **Requisition ID:** *2500000L*
