The Finance Director for Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) is a key contributor to the Membership Services team within US Consumer Finance LFO. TLS includes our travel business that supports consumers and small businesses globally and our industry leading airport lounge collection. The LFO will be responsible for financial management and strategic support for these businesses. **Responsibilities** : + Financial Planning: Drive Global TLS Sales & Revenue and Global Lounge Collection COCMS results and planning processes, which spans across all BUs and markets + Business Support: Partner closely with various teams across the Enterprise, including TLS business, Controllership, CP&A, GREWE (Global Real Estate and Work Enablement), GABM (Global Advertisement and Brand Management) + Business Cases and Partnership: Support new business cases, including RFPs to expand our Centurion Lounges, renegotiate partner contracts, TLS new strategic initiatives + Investment Optimization: Drive TLS organization to create and refine frameworks that measure returns + Communication: Develop narrative and define metrics that show the value that TLS and Lounge bring to Enterprise **M** **ini** **mum Qualifications** : + Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills + 7 years experience with P&L planning processes and month-end results + Experience with Data Analysis to uncover business insights + Comfort with ambiguity and working in white space + Strong written and oral communication skills + Ability to build, drive and leverage relationships across the organization + Proven ability to drive results under strict deadlines and set priorities across team + Committed people leader with high level of energy and a track record of developing and inspiring others + Goal-oriented, self-started, proactive, intellectual curiosity **Qualifications** Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
