InsureMyTrip is looking for a Travel Insurance Agent in the Customer Care Department. As the primary contact, the Travel Insurance Agent, helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT. This is a hybrid position located in Warwick, RI.

The Adventure Ahead:

Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling)Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customersProcesses changes to existing policiesRemains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures

Skills and Experience Needed:

High School degree/GEDTwo years of Customer Service experienceAbility to obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s license in state of residence within 6 weeks of hire (company paid)Dependable and able to work evenings and SaturdaysExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base
