Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Travel & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for booking all company travel and logistical support. Primary duties will include booking travel (airfare, hotel, car, etc.) for both operations and the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) crewmembers via our online travel system.

Job DescriptionBooks travel for Raising Cane’s crew, including managers in training (MIT), Growth team, centralized restaurant support, candidates, meetings & events (M&E), etc. using the Raising Cane’s Travel Management PlatformPartners with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contractsProvides ongoing support to enhance the traveler’s experience, including assisting with flight cancelations and delays, processing payments, and problem solvingSupports emergency after hours phone line which may include nights & weekendsReconciles all travel expensesAudits internal travel systems and reports discrepancies or anomaliesQualificationsDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyAbility to effectively communicate and work cross functionally and within the organization as well as with external vendorsAbility to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolutionIntegrity to maintain confidential informationMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAble to work non-standard hours as requiredAdditional Information
