JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Support various Travel & Meeting Planning projects, requests, tasks and activitiesCollaborate on strategies relevant to various Travel & Meeting Planning aspects; airline, rail, ground transportation, lodging, meeting/event space, meals, entertainment, audio-visual/technology, etc.Research challenges, troubleshoot potential concerns, and recognize opportunities for improvementProduce reports regarding spend, reconciliation/allocation, savings and cost avoidanceEffectively communicate, collaborate, build and maintain positive relationships with associates, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, etc.

MINIMUM Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field

Experience

0 years related experienceOne (1) year customer service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiar with the standards, concepts, practices and procedures relevant to business travel; airline, ground transportation, lodging, meals, etc.  Punctual, dependable and team playerPolite, patient and uses calm demeanor interacting with othersStrong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipmentStrong organizational and administrative skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsDiscreet, ethical and committed to maintaining confidentiality
