What You'll Do

You will join Baku Travel & Procurement team, providing administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the team, on all topics related to Travel and Procurement functions for Caspian Offices. You will work closely with senior colleagues, under the supervision of local Travel & Procurement Coordinator, reporting to a Manager based in Milan, and cooperating with other corporate functions (e.g. Legal Team, Compliance) and external stakeholders (business travel agencies).

 

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, conducting pre-screening of background, identification of risks and evaluation of current and new potential suppliers;Developing and maintaining an effective filing system for the contracts;Assisting Procurement team in day to day activities, e.g. payments, submission of expense reports, follow ups with relevant internal and external stakeholders;Supporting several new and ongoing projects related to Travel & Procurement;Maintaining good relations with travel partners/suppliers.

What You'll Bring

University degree in Economics (experience in Procurement or Contract Management is considered an advantage);Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;Good proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;Strong analytical mindset;Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;Attention to details and accuracy;Open-minded and smiling approach;Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
