Associates must have previous selecting experience. Associates will work at a home site training as UNLOADERS for 60-90 days. Upon completion of training, they will be deployed as TacOps selectors to projects around the US. During their training, associates will typically work 6:00 am until finished, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays possible. Once deployed, they should be prepared to work any shift on any day.
